Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Nolan.

Hi Danielle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I started with a friend, and we planned this idea back a while back, and we just woke up one day and decided to stop procrastinating and do it. The next day we went and got the LLC and went from there. We learned as we went, which was stressful, but I feel we learned a lot. I got to where I am today with consistency and staying focused.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a pretty smooth road. The struggles along the way are wanting this to succeed so bad that you overwork yourself and get exhausted.

We’ve been impressed with Riptide Acai, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Riptide acai is a bowl food truck specializing in unique and fresh acai bowls. I am known for having my crazy bowls, which sets me apart from other acai bowl businesses. They include MnMs and Fruity Pebbles because we like to have a little fun. You are more than welcome not to get that on your bowl, but we like to have options for everyone.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting?
Advice for those starting is to do it. I know you hear that a lot, but honestly, just start it and learn as you go. The worst that will happen is that you will fail, but you learned.
