Today we’d like to introduce you to Heidi Bellerjeau and Jenny Taylor.

Hi Heidi and Jenny, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Heidi enjoyed a career in the corporate beauty industry as a Director of Education with the Estee Lauder Cos and Jenny was on the Marketing/Crisis Management side of corporate with companies such as Kellogg’s and Kohler! We both loved our careers as we love business and learning but with the birth of our children – our perspectives and goals pivoted to needing more time flexibility and autonomy.

We met during that season of life through our online, e-commerce business. The e-commerce company that brought us together didn’t respond well to us expanding our horizons & launching other businesses which propelled us into a very negative season. We lost friends, gave up our businesses, and learned that some leaders don’t have the best interest of their people at heart. While it was a challenging time, we both learned invaluable lessons that positively impact our leadership today.

We knew we wanted to launch another business and were actively looking for opportunities when a former business partner invited us to take a look at Face Foundrié. After a discovery trip to Minneapolis and the best facials we had ever experienced – we knew Nashville needed Face Foundrié! The initial location of Noble Park in the Gulch was perfect as it is easily accessible and convenient whether someone is simply popping in for a quick service or wanting an afternoon of shopping and dining alongside their pampering!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Business ownership is not often what one would describe as a smooth road and our experience was no different! Our buildout was dramatically slow due to post-Covid supply issues. Thankfully our contractor helped us navigate the challenging time.

Our opening proved to be worth the wait! Nashville has embraced Face Foundrie and our team and clients are wonderful.

Face Foundrie is a facial bar that empowers you, the clients to look and feel your best. We provide cutting-edge services at affordable prices. Our staff is extensively trained in all things face: facials, lashes, brows, and skincare. We are able to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments while offering 20-minute mini services and 40 – 50 minute focused facial services! But don’t let the word mini confuse you – you will leave feeling as if you spent 20 hours at a spa! Once you step out of Noble Park into the spa, you immediately relax and leave feeling refreshed, not to mention that facial glow!

Faith could be spelled R.I.S.K. – once you assess and pray for guidance – you must simply have faith that the risk will be worth the journey and the success! We view calculated risk-taking as a normal part of our day-to-day business and love a good challenge.
