Today we’d like to introduce you to Vijay Kumar Tulluri.
Hi Vijay Kumar, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Photography has been my passion since my childhood. I get attracted to the pictures that were published in newspapers. I always wanted to take photography as a serious career. But fate had other plans which landed me into the IT industry where I’m contented enough. But I’ve been working on my passion too. I got the new cameras in 2015. Since then, I’ve been shooting many pictures. I love wildlife photography, candid photography, products and food photography. I do freelancing out of my interest.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It was not been a cakewalk for me to go through. Because I had to balance my work and my interest too. I’ve got a beautiful family to look after. But that’s all fine, now, I’m capable enough to manage all my work, gym, photography, family and everything.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Keeping my profession aside, I just focus more on my passion. It excites me every second. My profession gives me fuel to pursue my passion. I respect that. But I love to hold a camera and click some beautiful pictures. The contentment you get when you’ve been given a small compliment for your work is what you’ve to live for.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’m an IT guy by profession photography by passion. By my interest lies in cooking too. I love baking a lot.
