Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella Mastrodicasa.

Hi Isabella, we’d love for you to introduce yourself.
I was born and raised in Europe, where I earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Bocconi University. After moving to LA and graduating in Business & Management of Entertainment from UCLA, I started my career in Hollywood at Verve in the Motion Picture department. It was an extraordinarily challenging and formative experience that led me to work for The Kennedy/Marshall Company, where I assisted Frank Marshall and Ryan Suffern in producing the award-winning documentary Finding Oscar, executive produced by Steven Spielberg. After a few years working in literary management at Heroes and Villains Entertainment and launching their digital department during the pandemic, I founded Never Settle Media in 2022 to nurture multi-hyphened digital content creators and global filmmakers in the entertainment industry.

Please talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned. Would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a challenging journey in multiple ways, but that’s what has always kept my fire alive. Besides the difficult reality that a young immigrant faces when moving to the United States, it’s been hard to always keep the motivation and determination high during the tough days of being an assistant in Hollywood, especiallyin an isolating city like LA. It took a lot of resilience to get where I am today, and in an ever-changing industry, this gives me the confidence I need to take risks and grow my company. I love putting my passion into executing my vision, and using everything I have learned in my career so far to create a special reality for myself and my clients. This often causes me not to have a work-life balance, but that’s also part of the journey and the never-ending process of improving yourself through ups and downs: failure is part of your success, and you can always learn from it and improve!

Please tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others.
I am the founder of Never Settle Media, a multi-media management and production company in the entertainment space that, through a client-first approach, represents global creators and filmmakers in the digital space. The company was born from my passion for nurturing multi-hyphened storytellers who impact their communities through traditional media such as books, film, and TV, as well as new media like Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and podcasts. While actively developing IPs for the US market, I most recently produced the short film ‘Zita Sempri,’ a coming-of-age story set in Sicily which is the directorial debut of ‘Grey’s Anatomy & ‘Station 19’ actress Stefania Spampinato. It recently premiered at the 68th Taormina Film Festival, opened by Francis Ford Coppola presenting his 50th anniversary of ‘The Godfather. I am excited about creating a supportive and positive community for clients and partners and amplifying the industry’s diverse voices.
