Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Gomez. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Michael Gomez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic where he was a professional musician and graduate of the Hotel Administration and Tourism School of the U.N.P.H.U.
He came to the United States pursuing a music career that eventually landed him in Nashville with a Contemporary Christian Band that he a co- founded named “Unspoken” Currently, he is the Broker and Owner of Hive Nashville, as well as a partner of RAM Property Management and Nashville Renovators.
While he loves everything real estate-related his true passion is to see people reach the fullness of their potential!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not. From simply being an immigrant from a different culture, to even establishing credit, it hasn’t been easy but at the same time it has been an amazing ride and I feel totally blessed to live in this city and this country.
As you know, we’re big fans of Hive Nashville. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Hive Nashville is a Real Estate Brokerage focused on the Residential market but mainly in Investments, Multifamily, Developments, Rentals, land, and Short term rentals. Being an investor myself learned early on how real estate rentals were the best way to acquire long-lasting wealth.

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
That we are all terminal and as I keep this in mind it makes me a better human, keeps me grounded, and my priorities in place.
