Community Highlights: Meet Kevin Covington of Kcsipngo

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Covington.

Hi Kevin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My name is Kevin Covington, I am from Memphis, TN. I am the owner of KCSIPNGO, LLC. I started the business a little before Covid attempting to make some of the best margarita recipes in the greater Tennessee area. First, we did deliveries as we got in orders for those who wanted to give us a chance.

Then we started off doing pop-up shops in Nashville and Memphis, to help promote our name. PopupShops really helped get our business off the ground. It gave us a buzz in Nashville and little did we know it will bleed into other cities. This buzz helped us get into doing private events, weddings, parties, etc.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Honestly, the road is what I expected. Anytime you’re going into business, the journey has its up and downs but the love for it overshadows the struggles. The smile on the customer’s or client’s face makes it more rewarding. We learn something new at each event!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
KCSIPNGO, LLC is the best mobile bartending business in Tennessee. I started the business a little before Covid attempting to make some of the best margarita recipes in the greater Tennessee area. First, we did deliveries as we got in orders for those who wanted to give us a chance.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice to anyone starting a business is, “never give up”! Sometimes the business will be in a slump and doesn’t seem like there is no light at the end of the tunnel but continue to work on your plan! Continue to stay busy and keep at it! Believe!
