Today we’d like to introduce you to Cindy Twedt.

Hi Cindy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Entourage was started on May 2, 1988. The 1st year we started, we landed the Walmart account when we got a casting call where they were looking to hire 5 models total. We sent 6 models that 1st year, and they interviewed around 200 models throughout Texas. Entourage landed 4 out of the 5 leading models and we only sent 6! This was a huge success for us the 1st year!

From 1988 on, we have successfully grown our talent pool to represent models and actors starting at age 1 year on up through Grandparents age 75+! We now work with companies such as Louis Vuitton, Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, NIKE, Adidas, Walgreens, AT&T, FORD, and Dell to name a few. We are extremely blessed and grateful for all the amazing people we represent, as well as all the great clients who hire our talent and use our services on a regular basis!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I started Entourage out of high school, so getting started was a challenge.

However, I didn’t let it stop me, and I was the youngest Talent Agency Owner at the time! Competitors used to call or message me with nasty messages back then, all in hopes of getting me to quit. Well, it didn’t work! Now 35 years later, we are going strong and a Top Talent Agency in our field!

Entourage Model & Talent Agency was established in 1988 and is a full-service Modeling and Acting Agency based in Texas and California. We represent talent between the ages of 1 year – senior citizens.

Talent gets placed in TV Commercials, Magazines and Billboards, Fashion Shows, Hair Shows, Films & Movies, TV Series, Promotional Modeling, Spokesmodels, Voice-Talent for Radio, Industrial, & Cartoons, Music Videos, Trade shows, and Conventions. We represent a multitude of models and actors, various ethnic backgrounds, bilingual talent, deaf talent, as well as singers, dancers, musicians, and performers.

How do you define success?
We define success as having the ability to have repeat after repeat Clients who continue to hire our models and actors and use our services.

Anyone can get a client once, but true success is being able to keep them as an ongoing client year after year!! We are grateful to have this type of relationship with a vast majority of our clients.
