Meet Kellie Martin of Last Bash Nash

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kellie Martin.

Hi Kellie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always LOVED planning things, from trips to parties to just a Bachelor viewing night with the girls. Top that with my love for interior design and decor – Last Bash Nash was a no-brainer.

I had been toying with the idea of doing this for a couple of years, but never really knew where to start. Luckily, one of my best friends in Miami had a friend coming into town for a last-minute Bachelorette party and she referred her to me! They needed everything from an AirBnB to a fully planned itinerary, so I jumped at the chance to launch the business.

I got my website and socials up around the end of 2022 just in time for my first party in January 2023 and have been slowly but surely growing ever since!

We offer everything from completely customized itineraries, decorations, swag bags, grocery & alcohol delivery/set-up, and catering from Nashville’s best places to themed Bar setups.

We focus on bachelorette & bachelor parties since they are the majority of large groups in Nashville, but we also do birthdays and graduations, etc. We just threw a 90s-themed 30th party and have a 65th coming up in March!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
We are so new that the biggest struggle is still just spreading the word and acquiring new clients.

I also am no social media expert so learning how to make TikToks & curate an Instagram feed is still a huge (but fun!) work in progress.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Last Bash Nash?
We really want to ensure that our clients show up to their homes away from home and are completely surprised by the attention to detail and customizations for each “guest of honor.”

We have a list of detailed questions to get to know the bride/bachelor/birthday person/graduate so that we can surprise them with all of their favorite things when they arrive.

I am very proud of how different our parties have been so far that shows the range we can go – we have done a simple black & white theme to a full-blown 90s-themed murder mystery party that had every kind of nostalgia you could dream of.

I want readers to know that since we are still a small company, we have the time to dedicate our resources to truly making the experience personalized. We are always open to adding additional services that each specific party requests and no party is the same as another.

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
They may be surprised to know that I have no professional experience with party planning before I launched LBN. I have been doing it for years for friends & family though so it was such a natural thing for me to start doing professionally.

I also work @iHeart Media during the week in ad sales operations so it has been really nice to get to use my more creative side for LBN!
