Today we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Smith.

Hi Joshua, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My entire background is in broadcast sales. Think of all the commercials you love hearing on the radio…that was me. I worked for the largest country radio station in Dallas, managed Dallas’s JACK FM station, and then ran the sales team for one of the largest radio shows in the country…back home here in Nashville.

It was during my time in the trenches, building other people’s businesses and kingdoms that I knew I wanted to do something more…do something kingdom-focused and build something that could make a difference. It was my time in broadcast…where I honed my skills in creating demand and getting products to market which paved the way for me to launch Epic Will. A company that would allow me to care for people nationwide.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This hasn’t been a smooth road, but it’s been refining.

As FDR said: “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor”. I walked through blackmail, the tension of leaving a well-paying career, the complexities of raising money and running a company, etc. But it’s all worth it. Because on the other side, people are blessed.
