Exploring Life & Business with Cameron Watson of Easton Elle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cameron Watson.

Hi Cameron, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
For 10 years, I built up my High-End Women’s Clothing and Accessory company, The Nude Face.

I wanted to utilize my connections and start a jewelry line that was more affordable with the same high-end aesthetic. Five months after my daughter (Easton Elle) was born in 2018; I created Easton Elle.

Easton Elle is a jewelry brand that specializes in semi-precious stones dipped in 18k gold. Featuring rings, necklaces, bracelets, and custom earrings; no two pieces are the same.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most people; 2020 was the hardest struggle for my business.

I went from wholesaling my pieces to over 20 stores to a complete standstill. I had to switch my focus to Social Media and my E-commerce site. I started working with influencers and that made me find a whole new audience.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The one thing in my business that I focus a lot of my time, money, and energy on would have to be making sure the boutiques I sell do well. If they are happy and doing well; your business will do well.

A few things I do for them; are constantly advertising the store on my social media, providing digital packets full of content for them to use, and working with them on curating custom collections that fit well with their store.
