Today, we’d like to introduce you to Blair Miller.

Blair Miller

Hi Blair, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I grew up playing classical violin, viola, and piano, so I always knew I wanted my career to involve music. During my senior year of high school, I discovered Belmont University’s Music Business program and sensed it would be the perfect fit.

While studying Music Business at Belmont, I participated in the Belmont University Symphony Orchestra while completing internships at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy, Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf.

I graduated from Belmont University and started working at a digital marketing agency in Nashville. I assisted in marketing for artists and brands such as Brad Paisley, Vince Gill, and Country Radio Seminar.

After a year of working at the marketing agency, I launched Jonas Group Media with the father of the Jonas Brothers. During this time, I worked with artists and brands such as Franklin Jonas, Lanie Gardner, PUBLIC, Melanie Pfirrman, and Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (A Jonas Family Experience). I also launched social campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Bella Poarch, Avani, Huddy (Lil Huddy), and Madi Monroe.

During this time, I was able to guide Franklin Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited edition merch drop, capitalize on PUBLIC’s viral song “Make You Mine,” ideate and execute campaigns for Melanie Pfirrman’s single “Suda” featuring Pitbull, and sustain Lanie Gardner’s viral “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac cover video and surprise remix release of “Dreams” with David Guetta.

After 2.5 years as the Creative Director of Jonas Group, I launched my marketing agency, Chaos Creators!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Teaching myself to be an entrepreneur and run a company has been a fun yet challenging journey.

I have had to learn how to balance marketing my clients with various aspects of the business, such as team management and growth strategies, and gain the confidence to effectively sell myself and my services.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Chaos Creators is a boutique entertainment marketing agency dedicated to out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short-form content creation.

We are digital storytellers who develop cohesive brands and engaged fanbases for artists and creators. From on-site TikTok filming and editing to rollout campaigns and content calendars, Chaos Creators uses our extensive knowledge of Gen Z and TikTok culture to merge creativity and strategy.

We have worked with artists and brands such as Kassi Ashton, Dasha, Nashville Briefing, Charlotte Sands, and Tucker Nichol. The proudest moment of my career is taking the leap of faith and launching my marketing agency, Chaos Creators Entertainment.

What changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
To stay ahead in social media, I believe there will be a focus shift from trying to predict the ever-changing future of social platforms to emphasizing the importance of real-time adaptation and resilience to change when creating marketing strategies.
