Community Highlights: Meet Tiffany Napper of Upleveler Society

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Napper.

Tiffany Napper

Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been paving my own path as an entrepreneur since 2011, first with a PR + branding agency and now as a business coach for service-based business owners. Prior to 2011, I had a really cool gig producing photo shoots and PR campaigns for people you may have heard of like Elton John and Alicia Keys.

The first 5 years of my entrepreneurial journey were a wild roller coaster. Before I knew it, I was running 3 successful businesses at once, but to no one’s surprise but my own, I eventually experienced rock bottom burnout.

So I went on my own Eat, Pray, Bali excursion to slow down and find authentic happiness that wasn’t dependent upon achieving anything. I scaled back the agency so that I could rebuild it into a more sustainable business model. I got my yoga teaching certificate and taught a little yoga on the side to find community and fill my cup.

Then, in 2020, after 4 years of running a lean, highly profitable PR machine, I stepped into the business coaching role, which turned out to be my truest calling to date. One year later, I closed my PR and branding agency’s doors after 10 glorious years, and I haven’t looked back since!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were so many bumps along the way. Heck, there were giant potholes I fell into at times. I had to learn how to be a great leader since I didn’t start my own business with the idea that it would grow so large that I would need to hire team members. There is so much I didn’t know when I made the leap.

Now I love teaching others how to be great leaders, because fostering a team that feels seen and respected is one of the most rewarding parts of being a business owner, in my opinion. That and serving your clients really well.

I also had to come face to face with my own limiting beliefs and how they impacted the business. In 2015, I began to notice that I had some limiting beliefs about money and effectively how hard — or easy — it was to make more of it. Healing that belief changed the game for me and is how I eventually went on to land 6-figure contracts for my PR agency.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about the Upleveler Society?
I’m a holistic business coach, and I empower creative women to surpass six figures if they haven’t reached that milestone yet, or I help them run 6- and 7-figure businesses with more joy and ease. While data-driven strategies and proven systems are a part of how I guide a business owner, I pay as much attention to the heart and soul of the business — the CEO — as I do the spreadsheets.

A six or seven-figure business that drains the life out of you isn’t the goal. I care about your health and well-being just as much as I care about the balance on your spreadsheet because I know what happens when the business owner sacrifices too much of themselves for the business.

We offer high-level 1:1 coaching, masterminds, and retreat experiences for those who want to run a sustainable business with more ease and joy. Through our program Make That Money, Honey, we teach authentic and timeless sales strategies to service-based business owners who are still reaching for the 6-figure milestone.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
I remember hearing Oprah say that luck does not exist and that everything that happens in life is preparing you for something greater. It’s stuck with me. So I don’t believe luck has played a role in my life or business.

I believe I’ve been diligent, I’ve held myself to great standards, I’ve stayed true to my word, I’ve remained curious, I’ve left rooms better than I’ve found them, and as a result, when doors are opened, I’ve been prepared to walk through them.

  • Make That Money, Honey ($499 – $999)
  • Fierce 15 Coaching ($2,000)
