Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Morse

Hi Hannah, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Both of my parents were entrepreneurs, which instilled in me a drive and passion for building something of my own from a young age. I began my career as a bedside nurse, specializing in obstetrics and pediatrics, where I developed a deep love for patient care and learned the importance of providing quality medical services.

During my time in the hospital, I noticed many patients weren’t well-informed about their care. This drove my passion for educating patients, even overeducating them, to help them make informed healthcare choices. And I discovered that this lack of – and need for – education remained just as relevant when I moved into the aesthetic industry.

Interested in the beauty and wellness industry, I eventually transitioned to working as an aesthetics nurse for various med spas, where I gained invaluable experience in the field. I had the privilege of training under some of the country’s top injectors. From a business perspective, this experience also helped me figure out what practices I wanted to adopt and what new ideas I wanted to introduce in my own practice.

Once I felt that I had enough expertise, I decided to launch Nash Injections with my sister, Amy. We both had experienced insecurities and self-consciousness from negative interactions with injectors, which made us realize the importance of creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space. We wanted our med spa to be a safe, supportive space for everyone.

For me, founding Nash Injections by Hannah was about combining my passion for caring for others with my entrepreneurial spirit. I wanted to build something that I could grow and have a positive impact on both the Nashville community and the aesthetics industry.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding overall. One of the biggest challenges was entering an industry so focused on trends when my vision was to promote natural beauty and self-confidence. Honing our brand and marketing messages to authentically reflect our ethos has been crucial.

Making a name for myself in a rapidly growing city full of injectors was another significant hurdle. I spent (and continue to spend) countless hours attending classes, trainings, certifications, and courses to refine my skills and knowledge. I fully believe that you should never stop learning and it’s a promise I make to my clients – I will always strive to find new ways to enhance their experience and help them achieve their aesthetic aspirations.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most people who know my work and brand might be surprised to learn that my co-founder and marketing guru is actually my sister!

Another surprising fact is that I grew up in the woods of Maine, where I spent a lot of time hunting, sailing, and fishing. In my limited free time, I have a passion for making my own sourdough and tending to my vegetable garden.

These aspects of my life are quite different from the aesthetics industry but are integral to who I am and, I believe, make me more relatable to my clients. At heart, I really just enjoy the simple things in life, but nothing brings me more joy than helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
