Hi Mia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My name is Mia Alexander and I am the owner of Daily Dose of Hailey LLC. DDOH is a Digital Marketing company with specialization in social media marketing, social media managing, content creation and administration. It began in 2022 when I was facing adversities of my son’s diagnosis, separation from my husband and shortly after losing my mother. My business has grown tremendously over the last 2 years. Connections, quality and great community service has allow DDOH to be where it is currently.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to entrepreneurship has been challenging but beneficial. From learning and enhancing my skill set to working with difficult clients, the journey has provided nothing but growth and understanding. During my business journey, I’ve created new avenues to build my brand from being a brand ambassador to content creation.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
On a personal level, I am a Quality Coordinator for a the largest self-performing preventative maintenance provider in the U.S. right here in Nashville. This job has fed into my business through administration, content creation, branding and social media marketing/managing. Specifically, I specialize in Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook. I’m proud of my ability to educate my supporters to utilize same skill set I have through my content on Instagram and Facebook. I’m most proud of several Nashvillian business owners who allowed me to build my portfolio by creating a social media marketing strategy. The CEOs’ names are Catona Porter and Antania Hardy. They both exuberantly radiate hard work, dedication and passion for their fields.

What matters most to you? Why?
Quality and Customer Service matter most to me because they formulate the main factors in business. Without great customer service and quality product/service, a business will be unable to maintain itself.
