Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasman Rolle
Hi Jasman, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Jasman Rolle is a Christian creative coach with a heart to see others excel in their areas of giftedness. A graduate of Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, with a degree in Music Marketing, Jasman has worked across multiple capacities in the music industry. He is also an international-award-winning songwriter, whose passion for music began early in life, growing up in the church and surrounded by the sounds of the Bahamas, where he grew up.
Jasman’s journey is rooted in a deep desire to honor God with his whole life. One of his favorite Bible verses, John 17:4, reflects his commitment: “I glorified you on earth by completing down to the last detail what you assigned me to do.” This passion for service and purpose has shaped his career, leading him to found Purposed 365 and Higher Level Agency, which aim to help individuals discover their purpose and live intentional lives.
In addition to his professional work, Jasman co-founded The Elijah Project TN with his wife Juanita. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serves widows and their children in the greater Nashville area, offering them essential support and guidance in rebuilding their lives.
Although Jasman lives a blessed life, he has also experienced profound trials. In 2022, he lost his first wife of 20 years to cancer. Yet through this great loss, God blessed Jasman with Juanita, an amazing woman who shares his passion for helping others. Together, they are a Kingdom-minded couple dedicated to coaching entrepreneurs and creatives, helping them excel in their calling and purpose.
Jasman and Juanita are now parents to seven wonderful children, with whom they enjoy new experiences and adventures. Their lives are a beautiful testimony to God’s faithfulness, as they continue to inspire and serve others while living out their God-given purpose.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Losing his first wife to cancer: After 20 years of marriage, Jasman faced the devastating loss of his first spouse, which was a deeply personal and emotional challenge. This experience likely shaped his journey and his desire to help others who are grieving.

As a Creative Coach, Jasman Rolle is deeply committed to serving others and helping them discover and live out their God-given purpose. Jasman guides creatives, particularly indie music artists, to unlock their potential, offering not only practical tools and strategies but also spiritual encouragement. He is passionate about equipping individuals with the confidence, discipline, and clarity needed to align their creative pursuits with their purpose.
