Exploring Life & Business with Sarah Stramel of Future Energy Gurus

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Stramel

Hi Sarah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Anyone who knows me would describe me as someone who never gives up. I’m always eager to learn and ask questions about just about everything! My natural curiosity is endless, and it keeps me constantly exploring new ideas.

I’ve developed a unique perspective as an expert in Public Relations, Social Media strategy, and now Renewable Energy. My career has taken me through journalism, modeling, acting, and hospitality, giving me a well-rounded view of media and communications.

Spending over a decade as a broadcast TV producer sharpened my skills in news writing and media management, shaping the professional I am today.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking and listening to music.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Selling Solar and EV chargers in today’s political climate can be tricky. While there’s definitely a growing push for renewable energy, the shifting political landscape creates a lot of uncertainty.

In some areas, like California, Florida and Texas, green energy is highly supported. In Tennessee, traditional energy still holds strong. This can make it hard to predict demand as many business owners aren’t even thinking about renewable energy yet. However, I do believe you can never say the wrong thing to the right person. The key is to finding folks who are interested in becoming energy independent and open to learning more.

To succeed in this space, businesses need to stay flexible, keep up with policy changes, and focus on educating customers about the long-term benefits of EV chargers and solar—no matter what’s happening in politics.
