Today we’d like to introduce you to Niki San Inocencio

Hi Niki, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I met Livi at a previous job where we worked on the marketing team together. I had always wanted to start a social media agency, and after having a great experience working together on social media for the business, we decided to fully commit to the dream of starting our own agency. We’ve both held positions doing social media marketing for years, and it helps that we’ve grown up with the technology. After weeks of planning, prep, and platform-building, we are finally accepting our first clients for Nashfluence Media LLC. We’re both committed, creative, and make a great team!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
While we have a solid background in social media marketing, it’s been a learning curve figuring out how to build a business—intimidating at times. Finding the confidence to embark on this project would be much harder without supporting and encouraging each other as a team. Both of our families have built small businesses, and we’re grateful to them for their advice and support. Thankfully, the road has been relatively smooth. When problems arise, as we know they will, we’ll be ready to tackle them because we believe in this business.

As you know, we’re big fans of Nashfluence Media LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Nashfluence is a social media agency, and it’s more than just posting your pics on Instagram for you. “Social Media” now encompasses so much when it comes to business/brand visibility, marketing, and connections. It’s become a lot to manage on its own and takes away time from doing the work of your business. We take all of that off your plate. Not only do we manage content calendars, captions, analytics, and posting on multiple platforms, but we also provide add-on services such as website & merch design, content shoots, email marketing, and more!

The types of business we’ve managed social media for in the past have ranged from music artist to sweet shop to orthodontist. Anyone can–and should–utilize the giant that is social media to their brand’s potential.

We specialize in Instagram and TikTok, with LinkedIn as a bonus. Our plans offer a lot of flexibility, and our add-ons make our service customizable to your business needs. Ultimately, our goal is to use social media to increase your reach and revenue. A well-crafted online presence is the golden ticket for growth in this day and age!

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Livi: Two words that have always summed me up are social and creative. I spent hours playing outside with my neighbors dreaming up adventures and stories. We organized hide and seek games and water gun fights, using the treehouse as a home base. I also grew up in a musical household, so naturally I spent time singing, writing songs, and having opportunities to perform onstage. My proudest moment was singing with my parents at the Ryman in 2015. I’ve never been shy of the spotlight and love to make friends wherever I end up! I’m happiest when community and creativity combine, which is why I’m so excited to be starting this journey with Niki.

Niki: Growing up in a very small town in Middle Georgia, I always had a desire to spread my wings and move to a big city. I was always entrepreneurial, from hand-making & selling duct tape wallets in elementary school, to creating & selling jewelry in high school, to starting my social media management journey in college. I always knew I was meant to be my own boss one day. I definitely started off as a shy kid, but quickly became outgoing, being nominated “most school spirited” in my senior superlative for leading the student section. Growing up in a Puerto Rican household also taught me to be expressive, honest, and passionate- which are 3 words that I would say describe me perfectly.
