Hi Chad, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri and had a very modest upbringing. As a teenager, I found a love for music, and made up my mind that I needed to get out of my home town as soon as I could, so at 19, I moved to Nashville in 2008 with a band and to stay with my now wife Vicki. Her and I had met when I was down on a previous trip and had kept in touch for several months. I’ve worked several retail jobs and was an IT Director for a home automation company for 5 years prior to getting my start in real estate. In 2018, I made the leap to real estate and never looked back! I love the process of it all and get immense joy from helping people with what is one of the largest investments of their life. Trusting someone to guide you on such a journey is a HUGE leap of faith and I never take that for granted. In 2021, I got my broker’s license to better educate myself on all things real estate. I recently have had the pleasure of founding a team called Nashville Living Group and currently have 2 other amazing agents who were brave enough to take the leap with me. The primary intent of the group is to provide a clear, honest, and empathic experience for all of our clients. No need for the business suits and sleezy sales tactics. I have 2 amazing kids with my wife Vicki, Chloe (9) and Dean (4).

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life in general is a struggle for a lot of people I believe. I’ve had my own struggles with mental health and addiction, but with a ton of work and introspection, I’m happy to report that I’m doing really well! As far as real estate is concerned, it never seems to be smooth, but that’s part of what makes it exciting. Each transaction is a challenge and I love navigating that.

Our top-notch experts can help you buy or sell and we’ll do it without the sleezy sales tactics or business suits. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate and set out to provide the most honest, transparent, and empathetic experience possible for our clients. We service all of Middle Tennessee and we all know and love the area extremely well. Buying and selling real estate is inherently and stressful process and our main gaol is to take as much of that stress away as possible, while making sure our clients get the most out of it as possible.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Real estate is constantly evolving, especially with the advancements in technology we’ve seen over the last decade. I foresee a lot of the process moving to online, it already has in many ways, but I don’t think there will ever be a replacement for good honest agents. There are just some things that an algorithm can’t do that a boots on the ground agent with experience can.
