Ryanne & Morgan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2018, Ryanne and Morgan entered the beauty industry, and got connected through network marketing. Ryanne started her own professional makeup business in NC, and carried it over to southern CA. Morgan did the same out in TN. Through the years there had been other endeavors, Ryanne focused a lot of her time in Personal training and blending physical and cosmetic health together, Morgan sought a career in public service. All bringing it together in 2023. Ryanne and her family moved out to middle TN and through figuring out a new passion, they decided to get back to the roots of the beauty industry together. A nice girls trip to the gulf, turned into a business plan in the making, which led to R&M Beauty Collective.

Ryanne and Morgan now focus on Professional hair and makeup for the entire US. Specializing in bridal makeup, but also branching out to military ball’s, and even IFBB NPC championship makeup! RMBC is new but ready to explode with the duo.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Yes, and no. Ryanne and Morgan truly are opposites but in the best way with owning a business together. We are best friends, so sometimes dreams can expand further then we are ready for at the moment, but we always seem to talk things through and make the best decision for us and our business.

Friends Ryanne and Morgan have reunited their talents and passion to relaunch their combined hair and makeup business. Having previously excelled in their individual specialties, they decided to merge their expertise into a single, dynamic venture. Their synergy and shared vision create a unique blend of services that cater to all beauty needs under one roof. With a commitment to excellence and a personal touch, they are dedicated to offering clients a seamless and transformative beauty experience. Their partnership not only combines their skills but also reflects their enthusiasm for helping others look and feel their best.

We believe what sets us apart from others is the fact that there is 2 of us. always trying to make the best for someone, clients have 2 very creative and professional people who will do whatever it takes to make them feel amazing.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Sanitation is everything. People expect it now more than ever and we will always put sanitation over everything.
