Hi Peter, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
For as long as we can remember, food has brought our family together. At the middle of every table is our family’s Giardiniera, a recipe passed down for generations and perfected in our mothers kitchen.

We never gave it much thought, until we realized our go to condiment was uniquely Chicago. That inspired us to share it with anyone that was willing to give it a try.

Since then (the past 2ish years), we’ve been blown away by the love and support. Seeing our Giardiniera on tables, store shelves, and restaurant menus across the country is more than we ever imagined. We’re honored to bring a little piece of our family—and Chicago—to yours.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We wish… Since Giardiniera is virtually unknown outside of Chicago, we’ve spent the past three years showing people how it can Elevate Everything. Day by day, we’re inspiring others to see how this one versatile condiment can transform almost any dish.

The road ahead is long, but we’re ready for the journey. One day, we believe Giardiniera will be a staple on everyone’s table—just as it has always been on ours.
