Hi Brendan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I got the idea during Covid. Like many people, I had a lot of time to reflect on the past and consider what I wanted for the future. Reminiscing about my childhood and teenage years, I recalled memories of my Aunt and Uncle owning a laundromat. I remembered helping them roll coins and thinking, “It would be cool to own a laundromat” After researching, I realized a laundry pickup and delivery service would be an even better approach. That’s when the early stages of Clean Drop began, and I’ve been steadily working in startup mode ever since.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I was talking to someone yesterday about this. Starting a business is hard enough without the technical aspect. All of the website development and analyzing marketing metrics has been the most challenging, but they’re also the most rewarding when you get them right.u
