Inspiring Conversations with Gary Eady of The 4EO Community Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gary Eady

Hi Gary, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Gary and Maryam have both been involved with youth sports for the past 15+ years. From local YMCA and little leagues, through competitive travel AAU basketball. Throughout the journey, we identified gaps and accessibility for athletes in the Rutherford county and Middle Tennessee area. Access to specific sports training, as well as the ability to afford the training and travel. Through this travel is where we began to build out our vision on what a facility here should look like. We have cast our vision to the city and community and are now in our fundraising stages.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
as we are in our pre-development stages, the hurdle currently is raising the initial funds for our pro for, feasibility studies, and market analysis.
