Hi Josmar, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey has been full of valuable lessons. I started with three failed businesses that taught me a lot about perseverance and entrepreneurship. Eventually, my fourth business, All City Services, became successful. It was a company focused on providing construction services, and with hard work and dedication, I was able to grow it and generate significant income. However, as the country faced economic challenges, the construction industry slowed down, and work opportunities decreased. This led me to make the tough decision to sell the business in parts.

These experiences, while challenging, became a learning opportunity that shaped who I am today. I gained a deep understanding of how to manage and grow a business, and I had the chance to connect with many incredible people along the way. Currently, I help business owners create plans to automate their operations, so they can focus on scaling and expanding their companies. I’m also in the process of investing in real estate, exploring new opportunities for growth.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely been a journey full of challenges but also valuable lessons. Honestly, I love being an entrepreneur, but it’s a path that comes with its share of stress and constant ups and downs. One of the most difficult things when I was starting out was not having anyone who supported my ideas. I had to prove on my own that I could make my vision work.

However, achieving your goals and proving to yourself that it’s possible is one of the greatest satisfactions. The struggles have shaped me, and every obstacle has been a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I help business owners create systems to automate their operations so they can focus on growing their businesses and doing what they love. My work is all about simplifying processes, making things run smoother, and giving owners back their time and freedom.

What makes me different is my personal experience. I’ve started multiple businesses, some were successful, and some weren’t. Those experiences taught me what it really takes to run a business, and now I use that knowledge to help others avoid common mistakes and achieve success more efficiently.

What I’m most proud of is helping business owners take better control of their operations and growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them feel more confident in the direction their businesses are heading.

What really sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on fixing businesses I focus on empowering owners with the tools and strategies they need to take charge of their growth and feel in control of their success.

What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future include continuing to help business owners streamline their operations and take control of their growth. I’m also planning to start investing in real estate soon, which is an exciting new step for me.

I’m looking forward to growing both personally and professionally while exploring new opportunities that align with my skills and passions. The goal is to keep learning, improving, and finding ways to create value for others in everything I do.
