Hi Eva Angelina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

Well I would say my story is one of resilience, grit, and determination. I started life as a child bride and became a teen mom, facing immense challenges that could have defined my future. Instead, they fueled my resolve to rewrite my narrative and create a life of impact and purpose.

After moving to Nashville, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and worked tirelessly to build thriving businesses. As the first Latina to franchise with the Century 21 brand in Tennessee, I broke barriers and opened doors for others to follow. My work has been dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women and the Hispanic community, to build generational wealth and achieve their dreams.

Beyond business, I’m deeply committed to giving back. Through nonprofits, mentorship, and community advocacy, I strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around me. My journey has been shaped by resilience, and I am passionate about inspiring others to rise above their circumstances and thrive.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth ride. I’ve had a lot of challenges over the years. I’ve had to overcome generational curses and a lot of challenges. Being a teen Mom and married as a child bride at 14 years old was not easy. Looked ahead and made big changes in my life. I had alot of trauma growing up.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Century 21 Capital Properties and Solace Oral Surgery and Implant Center?
I’m an avid entrepreneur I was the first Latina to own a franchise for the Century 21 brand in tennessee. Also in 2013 my husband and I opened medical practice Solace oral surgery and implant center. Is currently thriving and we are growing.

For the past 18 years I have been educating people on building and generation a while through real estate. That is truly a passion of mine. I love helping others thrive and personal and business. I have spent much of my time helping others understand how to build wealth through real estate. I love helping first time home buyers and people invest in real estate. My team focuses on residential and commercial sales

How do you think about luck?
I’m a big believer in hard work , associations and grit. I believe you have to have the right mindset and people around you. I believe mentorship and giving back. I’m not too sure I believe in luck as much as I believe in hard work.I think you have to have the right mindset and people around you, always!
