My Journey in Photography: From Disposable Cameras to Professional Artistry
Fifteen years ago, my photography journey began with simple disposable cameras and childhood dreams of creating colorful calendars. Those early moments of capturing memories sparked a passion that would eventually blossom into a thriving professional career. During high school, I honed my skills through two dedicated years of photography classes, but it wasn’t until the birth of my first daughter that my true calling emerged. Capturing her daily moments reignited my love for photography, and soon, friends and family began requesting my services. What started as casual snapshots quickly transformed into a professional business, driven by my artistic vision and passion for storytelling through images.
As my skills and confidence grew, I discovered a profound love for woman empowerment photography. I specialized in boudoir, family, and wedding photography, building a successful, tenured business in Southern California. In 2020, I embraced a new chapter by relocating to Nashville, where I strategically rebuilt my business, focusing on branding headshots and empowering women through photography. My approach has always been deeply personal—creating images that reflect each individual’s unique personality and spirit. Every photograph is a canvas, and I strive to paint each client’s story with authenticity, creativity, and respect.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Rebuilding a photography career in Nashville after a decade of success in Southern California is like starting over with a blank canvas. The journey requires resilience, networking, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.

My sessions? WThey’re less about perfect poses and more about pure, unfiltered fun. We’ll be laughing so hard, you’ll forget we’re even taking photos. Every click of my camera is an adventure, every edit a unique story.
Rules in photography? I see them more as… suggestions. 😉 Each client gets a completely custom experience because this isn’t just a job – it’s my art, my passion. Why be confined to one “style” when creativity knows no boundaries?
