Hi Lindsey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hello, I’m Lindsey, a Nashville native with a passion for beauty that spans over a decade. Growing up, I was always drawn to the world of cosmetology, and I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a career out of it.

Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to be the owner of not one, but two vibrant salons in the heart of Music City. Despite the challenges of opening our first location during the COVID pandemic, our team persevered, and it’s been an incredible journey.

At our salons, we specialize in personalized hair and nail care experiences, tailored to each client’s unique needs and style. I’ve handpicked our talented team to ensure that every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and leaves feeling their absolute best.

I’m thrilled to share my story with you today, and I’m excited to give you a glimpse into the world of beauty that I’m so passionate about.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Opening our salon in 12th South wasn’t without its challenges. We faced an unexpected setback that delayed our launch, forcing us to scramble and assemble a team in record time. But we’re happy to say that our team is now phenomenal! And so happy for all of the lessons we have learned!

We’re Olas and Flamingo, Nashville’s go-to spot for all things hair and nails! Our story began in 2020, and we’ve been hooked on making our clients look and feel amazing ever since.

Our team is handpicked, and we’re obsessed with providing top-notch service in a fun, relaxed vibe. You can find us in two fabulous locations: 12th South and Southeast Nashville.

But we’re not just about hair and nails… we love hosting parties! Whether you’re a bride-to-be, a bachelorette, or just a girl who wants a night out with her squad, we’ve got you covered. Our spa parties are the perfect way to pamper yourself and your girls. So come on, let’s get this party started!
