Meet Veronica Grant of Hidden Gems Group Powered by Front Porch Realty and Property Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Veronica Grant

Hi Veronica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Absolutely! My journey has been a mix of passion, persistence, and a willingness to evolve. I started in real estate with a deep love for helping people find not just a house, but a home that truly fits their needs. Over time, I realized that success in this industry isn’t just about transactions—it’s about relationships, education, and visibility.

That led me to expand my skill set beyond real estate. I became a continuing education instructor, a notary, and an active member of multiple committees within the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Professional Development. Being part of these groups has helped me grow as a leader and contribute to the industry in meaningful ways. I even took a leap and joined the Leadership Academy, which pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me the confidence to step into bigger opportunities.

Alongside real estate, I have a passion for marketing, social media, and design. I teach small business owners and real estate agents how to build their brands online, leveraging AI tools and creative strategies. My husband and I also run a design and workshop business—he builds custom pieces, and I handle branding, promotional items, and digital design.

Everything I do ties back to empowerment—whether it’s through homeownership, education, or helping entrepreneurs stand out in a crowded market. I’m always looking for new ways to grow and create impact, and I’m excited to see what’s next!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not a smooth road—but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Growth happens in the challenges, and I’ve had my fair share.

In real estate, one of the biggest struggles was learning how to balance everything—client relationships, marketing, education, and personal development—without burning out. There were moments when deals fell through, clients ghosted me, or I felt like I was putting in the work but not seeing the immediate results. That can be discouraging, but I’ve learned to play the long game and stay consistent.

As a Black woman in real estate, I’ve also had to navigate spaces where I wasn’t always seen or heard the way I should be. That’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about being involved in leadership, mentorship, and education—because representation matters. I want other agents, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, to know they belong in this industry and can thrive in it.

On the business side, juggling multiple passions—real estate, marketing, teaching, and our design/workshop business—comes with its own set of challenges. Time management has been a huge focus, especially as we work toward making our business a six-figure operation. Setting clear goals and boundaries has been key to making it all work.

And on a personal level, I’ve had to prioritize my health. Dealing with PCOS and working toward my weight loss goals has been a journey, but I know that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of my business.

Despite the struggles, I wouldn’t trade this path for anything. Every challenge has taught me something valuable and pushed me to grow. I’ve learned to pivot, adapt, and keep moving forward, no matter what.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I wear a few different hats, but at the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping people succeed—whether that’s in real estate, business, or branding.

Real Estate – Hidden Gems Group
I lead the Hidden Gems Group, a real estate team under Front Porch Realty & Property Management in Tennessee. We specialize in helping sellers maximize their home’s value and guiding buyers through a smooth, informed purchase process. While we focus heavily on Clarksville, TN, we serve clients throughout the state and connect buyers outside the area with trusted agents to ensure top-notch service.

What sets us apart? We don’t just sell homes—we build relationships. Our tagline, “Where Every Home is a Gem Waiting to Shine!”, reflects our commitment to helping clients uncover the true value of their properties. We believe in transparency, education, and empowering our clients to make confident decisions.

Beyond real estate, I run a marketing and design business where I help small business owners and real estate professionals elevate their brands through social media, graphic design, and promotional products. I specialize in:
✔️ Social media management & strategy
✔️ Custom graphics & branding
✔️ Website design
✔️ AI-powered marketing tools
✔️ Merch & promotional products (shirts, hats, etc.)

I combine creativity with strategy. I don’t just create pretty graphics—I build brands that tell a story and drive results. I also teach social media classes to help business owners market themselves effectively.

Whether you’re looking to buy or sell a home, grow your brand, or level up your marketing, I’m here to help. My goal is always to provide value, build connections, and help others shine in their own lane—just like I strive to do in mine.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The ability to pivot, learn, and evolve has been the key to my success in both real estate and business. Markets shift, social media trends change, and new technology emerges constantly. Instead of resisting change, I embrace it and find ways to make it work for me.

Being adaptable has allowed me to navigate challenges—whether it’s shifting strategies in a tough real estate market, learning new AI tools for marketing, or balancing multiple businesses. I don’t wait for the “perfect” moment; I take action, test, tweak, and grow along the way.

But adaptability isn’t just about change—it’s also about resilience. There have been tough moments, but my ability to stay flexible, keep learning, and push forward even when things don’t go as planned has made all the difference.
