Hi Sherron, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My desire is to share, encourage and inspire you to look within and tap into your undiscovered fashion sense and adventures! There is only one you so live each day making no excuses for who you are and embrace your journey. Be bold, be daring, be stylish and most importantly BE YOU.

A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Nashville TN. I love to call it my hometown. I currently live in Potomac, MD. I grew up in a home with six women. My Mom, my Grandmother Emma and my three older sisters. My father passed when I was 10. As you can imagine the house was full of excitement and oh only one bathroom. Can you imagine that with all of us???!!

I graduated from Tennessee State University. Home of the Big Blue! I’m a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated 💗💚

I am married to the love of my life. I affectionately call her P. We have four children and three grandsons!!

Having stopped working outside our home years ago I was looking for a way to stay connected. In pops JustSherron! I am extroverted. I get my energy from people and I love this part of me. My social platforms have become a way for me to be a creative, to share my experiences, passions and personal journey.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
These are some current challenges for creators today.

1. Increased Competition & Content Saturation
With more creators entering the space across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging AI-powered apps, standing out is harder than ever.
Audiences have shorter attention spans, making it crucial to grab their interest within seconds.
2. Algorithm Changes & Platform Dependence
Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, making it difficult to maintain consistent reach and engagement.
Creators who rely solely on one platform risk losing their audience if the algorithm deprioritizes their content or if the platform declines (e.g., Twitter/X struggles).
3. AI-Generated Content & Authenticity
AI tools are making content creation faster and easier, but they also create an oversaturated market with AI-generated content that lacks originality.
Audiences crave authenticity, making it essential for creators to find ways to blend AI efficiency with personal storytelling.
4. Monetization & Revenue Uncertainty
Platforms are reducing creator payouts (e.g., TikTok’s shifting Creator Fund model), making ad revenue less stable.
Brand deals are more competitive, and brands are expecting higher-quality content for lower pay.
Many creators must diversify income streams (e.g., memberships, courses, digital products, sponsorships).
5. Burnout & Mental Health Struggles
The pressure to constantly produce content can lead to burnout, anxiety, and creative fatigue.
The comparison trap—seeing others grow faster or land bigger deals—can affect mental well-being.
Creators must prioritize balance and set healthy work boundaries.

This is what the industry outlook will be in 2025!! It’s an ever changing industry.

AI-generated content (text, images, videos) will dominate, helping creators automate tasks like captions, scripts, and video editing.
AI-powered virtual influencers and deepfake technology will challenge traditional human creators.
Personalization will be key—audiences will crave human connection and authenticity, making original storytelling and community-building essential.
