Hi Olga, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Jewelry-making has been a passion of mine since childhood, a creative outlet that has always brought me joy and fulfillment. After taking a long break, I rediscovered my love for designing and crafting unique pieces. What makes this journey even more special is that I now get to share it with my daughter, who is pursuing a career in fashion merchandising. Together, we founded Social Charm Jewelry, combining our creativity and passion to build a brand that empowers others to express themselves through jewelry.

Our collection is thoughtfully designed to offer fun, bold, and elegant pieces, ensuring there’s something for everyone—whether you love statement accessories or timeless classics. But we don’t just create jewelry; we provide a personalized experience. Through online collaboration sessions, we guide individuals in designing custom pieces that reflect their unique style, personality, and story. Additionally, we host charm bar parties, bringing people together in a fun and interactive setting where friends, family, and coworkers can create meaningful pieces while making lasting memories.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The process of getting my business up and running have been mostly smooth. The main challenges have been all the details of building the foundation of the business such as online presence & marketing.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I work as a freelancer, specializing in setting up on-site gifting suites for corporate incentive trips. I love working with different companies to create a memorable and personalized experience for their attendees. It’s so rewarding to see people light up when they discover a gift that feels just right. My goal is to make each pop-up feel special and seamless, leaving everyone with a lasting impression.

How do you think about happiness?
Horses are my true passion. As an avid equestrian for over 40 years, I’ve learned more from these incredible animals than I ever imagined. Their honesty and sensitivity challenge us to reflect on how we communicate and connect. A horse will never lie to you—earning their trust creates a bond that is both powerful and deeply rewarding. Through them, I’ve gained patience, the ability to listen, and an understanding of when to be assertive and when to step back. The lessons they’ve taught me continue to shape not only my horsemanship but also my approach to life.
