Meet Arian Zafari of Nashville, TN

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arian Zafari.

Hi Arian, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have been in real estate since 2019, and worked in residential real estate sales full time before moving to Nashville in September 2023 to continue my real estate career. I now work with Apartment Insiders as a Real Estate Agent specializing in Apartments. I absolutely love what I do, and have been able to grow my business with social media channels like Tik Tok and Instagram.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My journey in real estate has been relatively smooth. I’m grateful to have been introduced to a niche within the industry that allowed me to build my network and clientele quickly. By offering a free service to renters, I was able to establish strong relationships and grow my business early on in a new city. The biggest challenge I faced was relocating to Nashville in September 2023 because at the time I didn’t have an established network or familiarity with the local market and submarkets. However, by putting in intentional effort to learn the area and build connections, I was able to position myself as an expert in the space.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’ve been working in real estate for almost seven years, with experience across three different states—Wisconsin, Tennessee, and now North Carolina. Currently, I specialize in apartment and rental finding in the Nashville area. As an expert in the rental housing market here, I focus on helping my clients find the best value and spaces that fit their unique needs. I take pride in saving my clients both time and money during their search, ensuring they get the most value for their budget.

Before moving to Nashville, I specialized in assisting home buyers and sellers in Madison, Wisconsin, where I also made it a priority to be involved in my community. Serving on various boards/ committees allowed me to connect with people in meaningful ways, and I believe this local involvement helped me better understand both the market and the people I was serving.

I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built along the way, particularly through social media, which has allowed me to connect with individuals who need guidance through important life decisions. Being able to save my clients time and money in the process is incredibly rewarding. What sets me apart is my diverse background and adaptability, having worked in multiple markets—especially in the fast-moving rental market in Nashville. I’m also working toward obtaining my broker’s license in North Carolina to support the team there, continuing to grow and enhance my expertise in real estate.

What’s next?
I’m excited to continue growing in my real estate career, especially as I work towards obtaining my broker’s license in North Carolina and continuing to grow my business in Nashville and Charlotte. I’ve always believed in continuous professional development, so I’m looking forward to the opportunities that will come with that and the new ways I can serve my clients and communities.

In the short term, I’m focused on further establishing myself as an expert in Nashville’s rental market. The rental landscape is constantly evolving, and my goal is to stay ahead of those changes, ensuring I can always provide the best value and solutions for my clients whether they are locating from out of state, or already living In the Nashville area.
