Today we’d like to introduce you to Nikita Adickes.

Hi Nikita, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hello I’m Nikita Adickes the owner and operator of KITA FABRICATION LLC! Over the last decade I’ve dedicated myself in the trades learning fabrication, metal work, sculpture building, epoxy resins, composites, boom equipment operating project management and so much in the shop! I’ve started KITA FABRICATION LLC a custom fabrication shop here in murfreesboro Tennessee! We are ready to build your project with my passion and expertise it will turn out amazing! We specialize in art sculptures and creative architectural projects. I’m a young woman who’s been pioneering the trades I’ve dedicated myself to the trades and worked extremely hard alongside my very artistic family. I come from a thick bloodline of engineers, artists, inventors And i’m forging my path right behind them.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Ofcourse the road had bumps in it ! pot poles even, and detours… but nothing stopped the passion that fuels my days. It’s hard to work hard, as cliche that sounds. It’s hard showing up everyday and putting 10+ hours in the shop every Day, and having a good attitude everyday, and keeping that momentum everyday. It’s hard stuff, but my curiosity and self discipline always prevailed.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a Certified structural welder, fabricator, composite technician, and project manager. I love to build art sculptures and creative architectural projects! I guess I could say I’m most proud of being a certified structural welder while being self taught. Through trial and error and hours and hours in the shop I was able to develop the skill
!
