Daily Inspiration: Meet Allie Jackson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Allie Jackson.

Hi Allie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started in Real Estate in 2019 after deciding to leave law enforcement. I briefly went to a brokerage and quickly realized that it wasn’t the best fit. At the same time, I was recommended The Ashton Real Estate Group of Re/Max Advantage. It sounded too good to be true, but after having several conversations with the support team and hiring team, I realized that it couldn’t be worse than what I had. Little did I know that joining that team would change my life forever. They have a very specific set of systems that they use, and endless training. I immediately adopted their methods and quickly rose to the top as one of their top producing agents. I currently hold the record for the highest one sided transaction in brokerage history.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course not. Real Estate is never a smooth road. HOWEVER, having a team of experts with years of knowledge around you makes it a lot easier to navigate. I lean on the advice and guidance of the leaders within my brokerage to navigate when it gets hard.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I thrive on Luxury properties. That doesn’t mean I don’t love all residential properties, but the special care and knowledge base that comes with High Net Worth properties is my jam. I am most proud of my highest sale to date. When I was a police officer, I made $18k a year after taxes and insurance. So I often had to work off duty jobs to make ends meet since I was a single mom of three. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was standing on a road in Nashville directing traffic in the freezing cold, just trying to make extra money. I was watching this huge skyrise being built and wondered what the building was. I then found out it was to be the Four Seasons. Fast forward, I sold the penthouse in that building as a gray box making it the record for the highest one sided sale in brokerage history. Standing in what would become the living room of that unit, I could see the corner I stood on as a broke, and cold police officer years before. I wish I could give that young girl a hug and tell her it was going to be ok.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I love the Pep Talk app. It is my favorite way to get my day started. You get a multitude of POWERFUL people giving you essenatially a peptalk to start your day. Mel Robbins included. She’s the best.
