Today we’d like to introduce you to Timolin Atkins.

Hi Timolin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My background is in Corporate America & Real Estate which began in my early twenties after college.
I focused on raising my daughter and working. I relocated to Nashville from Dallas, Texas in my early thirties to be closer to my younger sister who has always been part of the radio and music industries. I was able to assist her for many years and gain knowledge of how it was to operate in a small capacity as her manager ( before I actually knew that’s what I was doing) with a heavy focus within the gospel industry.

I grew up loving many types of movies and a variety of actors along with a diverse love of multiple genres of it. I absolutely love the entertainment industry. I began to see I had a heart for the many different Independent Artists I was honored to meet and felt that one day I would like to assist them. I had the opportunity to work remotely in the capacity of Public Relations and Marketing for a Top Public Relations Company in Atlanta where I gained a lot of experience working on accounts in the Entertainment Industry for Top Actors, Reality Stars, Celebrity Hairstylists, Producers, Beauty Specialists, Music Producers and small businesses to name a few areas. However, I still had the passion to assist Independent Artists and those in the Entertainment Industry so I left that company and pushed full speed ahead with my own Entertainment Company in 2015. Fast forward to today 2025′ where I am the Owner…CEO & President of TAG Entertainment Group located here in Nashville, Tennessee. For over 11 years now my roles have included Management,Branding,Marketing, Public Relations, Promotions and Consulting.

My sincere passion is for working with and guiding Independent & Emerging Artists
careers and all who are on their journey to success of fulfilling their dreams and goals.
My company is the Award Winning TAG Entertainment Group and I’ve been honored to assist the Careers of Christian Recording Artists,Songwriters,Reality Stars,Actors,Political Activists, Radio Personalities,DJs,Celebrity Chefs,Authors,Fashion Designers and Small Business Owners.

I’m also Co-Founder & Co-Owner of the Award Winning Gospel Internet Radio Station “CSTAGE RADIO” along with my Business Partner Dallas A. Frazier.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a lot of hard work along my journey of being an Entrepreneur. I would say one of the main struggles I had in the very beginning was connecting to a business partner who had my passion for working with Independent Artists and who could match my energy level to do all I could to be a success and assist with making others successful. My prayers where answered when I met my Business Partner in 2016′. Another area of struggle was introducing myself & company in the beginning as “The New Kid On The Block” in an Industry built on long relationships and built industry circles. I managed to overcome those challenges by being strategic about my Goals and being my authentic self to show I am definitely a woman who is about my business and the success of my clients and those I consult.

We’ve been impressed with TAG ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Most of these questions have been previously answered. I will start from here:

I am known for and what sets me apart is working hard for my clients, going the extra mile, being detail driven and having a vision for the New in the Entertainment Industry while implementing some of the’ tried and true’ ways that have made legendary Entertainers sustain and grow. I make sure my clients are knowledgeable and provided with what’s changing in their areas of the Entertainment Industry and Small Business.

I am most proud of how I have not given up on my passion and how I have continued to evolve to where I am now just simply f having a love to assist Independent Artists.
