Hi Shannon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Three T Design + Staging started as a passion project in 2017—just a creative side hustle helping friends and family with home styling and décor. I’ve always had an eye for interiors, and over time, word spread. What began as a handful of projects quickly evolved into something more. By 2019, I was juggling full-time work and design clients, and I finally made the leap into turning this into a full-time business. Today, Three T is a full-service interior design and home staging company serving Nashville and surrounding areas–
working with homeowners, builders, and realtors
to create spaces that feel intentional, elevated, and livable.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not! Like many small businesses, COVID hit hard. With the real estate market at a standstill, no one was staging houses. I ended up
hosting a tent sale in my driveway just to move inventory and keep the business afloat. But by the end of 2021, things shifted—Nashville’s
housing market exploded, and so did demand for staging and design services. It’s been nonstop growth since, and I’m so thankful for that turning point.
We’ve been impressed with Three T Design + Staging, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Three T Design + Staging, we offer a range of services—but we’re especially passionate about full-service interior design. We work closely
with builders and homeowners to curate beautiful, functional spaces from the ground up. That means everything from selecting paint colors, flooring, lighting, and finishes to appliances and hardware—and then sourcing the
perfect furnishings to bring your vision to life. We’re there for every step, helping make the design process seamless and exciting.
Home staging continues to be the largest part of our business. We partner with realtors and homeowners to get properties market-ready and create spaces that truly sell. Whether it’s a full home or just a few key rooms, we know how powerful good staging can be—especially in making those first impressions count.
We also offer staging consultations, where we work with what you already have to refresh and reimagine your space. This is perfect for furnished
homes prepping to sell or anyone needing a little home reset. Our surroundings impact how we feel day-to-day, and sometimes just moving
things around or introducing a few fresh ideas can make a world of difference. Styles change, life changes—and your home should evolve
with you.

Get involved! Some of my most valuable relationships have come from attending local trade events and networking through the design and real estate community here in Nashville. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, shadow someone, or reach out for a coffee meeting. Most people are happy to share their experiences.
