Hello everyone! My name is Amy Bone. I’m the founder and creative force behind Amy’s Elite Events, LLC. My journey into the world of event planning and design started with a deep love for bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
Over the years, I’ve planned everything from intimate baby showers to luxurious weddings and high-profile corporate events. What began as being a “Pinterest Mom” and a passion project quickly evolved into a full-scale business. I’m now a Certified Event Planner operating my own business. I went from planning birthdays for my two sons to doing around 35-40 events a year. Today I’m proud to serve the greater Nashville area and beyond with unforgettable, detail-driven events.
My vision was always to create elevated, curated experiences that reflect the personality and style of each client. Whether it’s elegant floral design or perfectly timed logistics, I’m committed to excellence from start to finish.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like most entrepreneurs, my journey has had its share of challenges. One of the biggest ones was launching a business during the world pandemic of the Covid virus. It was during uncertain times – balancing client expectations, supply chain issues, and changing health protocols.
I’ve also learned the importance of resilience and adaptability, especially in an industry where every detail matters because every event is unique.
Building a trusted vendor network, investing in high-quality inventory, and learning the business side of event planning were all hurdles I had to overcome. But each challenge taught me valuable lessons that helped shape the professional and business owner I am today.

Amy’s Elite Events, LLC is a full-service event planning company based in Middle Tennessee, specializing in high-end weddings, social celebrations, and corporate experiences.
What sets us apart is our meticulous attention to detail, personalized approach, and dedication to creating events that feel as good as they look. We believe that every event tells a story. It’s our job to bring that story to life with creativity, elegance, and precision.
Our services include full event planning, luxury event decor, custom balloon styling, and on-site coordination. We are different than most event planners because we try to have the majority of inventory ourselves without renting from other vendors. From the initial consultation to the final send-off, we ensure our clients feel confident, cared for, and celebrated every step of the way.
I’m most proud of the transformative experiences we’ve created for our clients – the moments that make people stop and say, “Wow, this is exactly what I imagined…and more.”
I take great pride in the trust that our clients place in us to execute their most important days and in the relationships, we’ve built along the way.
Seeing a client walk into their event with tears of joy or receiving heartfelt messages after an unforgettable celebration – those are the moments that fuel my passion and remind me of why I started my business in the first place.
I’m extremely excited to say that we’ve had great success over the 5 years of being in business as this is now my 2nd time being featured as a hidden gem of Nashville Tennessee in the Nashville Voyager Magazine!!!

Trend: Virtual reality (for venue walkthroughs), augmented reality, event planning apps, and real-time engagement tools (like interactive guest polls or AI-powered planning assistants) will become standard.

As far as the future holds for Amy’s Elite Events, LLC, we’re excited to grow our customer base even more and plan on building our own event venue in the next 2-3 years.
