Good morning Michael jay , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? Have you stood up for someone when it cost you something?
Yes I was working as a DJ in Europe, I was working as a partner on a percentage in the bar, my partner at the time accused my new girlfriend of stealing, I was sure she was innocent so I left the partnership to protect her name, 1 month later he found out by CCTV it was another member of staff… 25 years later and we are still together and stronger than ever…
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Michael jay cresswell, I am a Nashville recording artist, singer/songwriter, originally from the UK, living between the UK and France..
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was around 12 years old, I had been given the lead roll in a school musical and had 2 solo songs to perform, to have over 300 people listening to you sing alone on stage without a whisper was a life changing moment..
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Love the people the same or even more who love and care about you, because when your older this sometimes unfortunately isn’t an option..

I am from a very down to earth working family background, my family and real friends would not allow me to present myself as something other than my real self, so yes what you see is what you get..

A proud man who has lived a great life, been lucky in love, so a big full heart, lots of amazing journeys and travels, so a brain full of fantastic memories..
