Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan Cheek.
Hi Logan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For many years I ran a music venue downtown Nashville called The Muse. Because of this experience I am a skilled multi-genre talent buyer and production manager. After training my brother to run the venue I left the music business to help my family’s optometric practice in Columbia, Cheeks Optical. I became a skilled optician and manufactured and dispensed eyeglasses to the community. After successfully launching my sunglasses brand Apex Vision and its associated YouTube channel AV Car Chronicles I purchased Pine Hill Farm in 2017. Since then I have been remodeling the Victorian farmhouse to prepare it for Airbnb. I’ve also been developing the property in various ways to accommodate small and medium size gatherings of all kinds. Especially weddings, drive-in theater screenings, and music events that are compliant under the farm bill.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There’s always challenges however it has been a wonderful Journey so far.

AV Car Chronicles is a YouTube channel owned by Logan Cheek and Ryan Wares. We interview car owners about their builds as well as many other aspects of car culture.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Suppose the most important lesson is to deal more kindly with myself and others. To practice love and gratitude over fear and discontent.
