Today we’d like to introduce you to Lori Knowles.
Hi Lori, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am from Franklin, TN. I moved to NYC to pursue theater and broadway. While I was in NYC I met my ex-husband. We traveled the world for two years. I was blind-slided by divorce and needed a place to heal so I relocated back to Nashville to be near my family. I have always had angelic guidance, and intuitive/psychic gifts. I used my gifts to help me, but I knew when my life was “falling apart” that it was gods way of saying, “You must use your gifts to help others.”
I became my first client, deep-diving into soul integration to heal my heart. Now I help individuals, businesses and properties achieve balance through energy healing. Our emotional reactivity is the beginning of the journey where we understand our childhood pain and generational stories of lack and limitation are holding us back. We clean up our emotional triggers so we feel balanced to call on assistance from spirit within to life a rewarding life full of passion.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I was raised by entrepreneurs so I knew what I was getting in to, but it is still difficult to start your own business. To me running a business is a spiritual practice – you are only as good as you are emotionally balanced. I have faced constant struggles from self-doubt, the slow process of building a referral business, financial challenges, overcoming hurdles of getting my product into stores, needing to educating people on the value of their energy. After 9 years of confidence building and relentlessness I am happy to say I wouldn’t have changed a thing. My clients need me to truly understand where they are because I’ve already been there so I can successfully lead them out.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I am an energy healer who uses my skills as a Qi Gong practitioner, Soul Integration® practitioner and natural intuition to cut to the heart of what is negative for people, businesses, and properties.
I focus on three different clients who need help with negative outcomes. Individuals heal their emotional triggers. For business, I help CEOs, heal the negative patterns in their business. For properties, I help homeowners and listing agents clear negative energy so the home feels like a sanctuary to live in or attract the right buyer. My products, L+L fine smudge sprays are a professional tool that I need when I clear and bless a property. My property clearing jobs range from mulit-million dollar listings to office buildings so I would not burn sage and ash up the place or set off the sprinkler system so in many instances using my sprays is the wise choice. The sprays act as a smoke-free two spray-system with activated qi-charged Tennessee water, certified essential oils, and ethically harvested botanicals to make a unique handmade local product. To use the sprays, first spray the clearing spray to clear negative energy with white sage scent. Next, follow-up with the blessing spray to welcome positive energy with palo santo scent. What sets me apart is that I save my clients time by going to the root cause and shifting it quickly while giving them customized guidance based on their specific set of challenges. I am never running off a protocol or script. This is a game-changer because we aren’t continuing the old story – picking up where they left off from last time. I fully expect my clients to show up as a new improved version of themselves every session and this gives them permission to let themselves live in relief. I am most proud of my brand because it is a spirit-led business centered around helping people with my God-given intuitive ability. When I first set out to do this most people reacted with confusion. There silent energy said “How do you have the courage to do this?”. My unspoken answer back would have been “When you feel called to shed your fear and use what you have to help other – you get very daring.” Now, it is fun to talk about my work because people light up – as if to say “Wow, if she can do it. I can do it.” Almost like I am inspiring others to find their god-given mojo and go for it. What a gift, right?

-For property clearings, the client or listing agent gives me the address of the home or office. From there, I “feel” the land, home/building, objects in the space, and the energetic dynamic. My quotes factoring in how long it will take me to clear the negative energy and how big the space is.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Life is a mirror reflecting what we think about ourselves so when we experience something challenging, I think it’s our soul’s way of getting our attention to help us realize that we are,in fact, a match to the challenge (energetically). By going deeper within, we can learn the soul lesson and have a more positive life.
