Hi Michael, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Introduced to Primerica by my older Brother who joined and had a vision of us creating a family business, one that would serve people through education and then access to resources most wealthy people used. We would also build a business that can be hand down to our children and grandchildren.
I loved that you could create your own work schedule, and not be limited by state lines with using video web tools.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
With any business you have some ups and downs, I believe your faith and your surroundings help you to overcome the adversities in the building stage.
Challenges still exist, we try not to take it personal and grow through it.
Not all people are ready for change, what we do requires people to change.
when I say I am improving, its having individuals to see beyond the problem and focus on the solution, that’s our model.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Don’t be afraid to venture into the new. Fear of failure keeps people stuck in a depressing and underwhelming life.

Don’t be the Eagle acting like a chicken. the last five years should have shown us, we can’t rely on a company or a government to provide our needs, if your willing to work hard we have a place for you to build something beautiful for your family by helping other families..
I Wish I was not so easily distracted when starting out, set backs taught me to focus and never give up, be transparent so others can see life has ups and downs, we just stay vigilant.
