Hi Kelsey, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always had a creative side, but for years I followed the traditional path and built my career in corporate America. It was stable and comfortable, but I was missing that spark of passion and purpose that excited me.
Four years ago, I took a leap of faith to leave the corporate world behind and start my own small business, The Spark Collection. What started as an idea and a dream became something so much bigger. I wanted to create something meaningful that would bring people together, celebrate connection, and remind them of special moments. Permanent jewelry felt like the perfect way to do that.
It’s been incredible to watch the brand grow over the years. From local pop-ups and large corporate events to becoming part of so many personal milestones, it’s been such an honor. Every collection chain tells a story, and I still get so much joy from seeing the smiles, the excitement, and the memories being made!
I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and I’m beyond grateful for every person who’s supported The Spark Collection along the way!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the biggest challenges has been managing the ups and downs that come with growth like learning when to take risks and when to say no. There are moments of self-doubt but almost every challenge has led to something positive, a new idea, a stronger process, or new connection!

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with locations across the country. The Spark Collection offers an in-person, welded jewelry experience where you choose from our curated selection of 14K yellow or white gold chains, charms and diamonds that can be welded into beautiful bracelets, necklaces, anklets and rings.
From pop-ups to large corporate gatherings, the mission is to make every event unforgettable!
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Traditional ways of buying jewelry will always have a place, but I think the industry will keep evolving towards personal experiences, adding memories and meaning to what we wear. I’m excited to keep expanding how we create lasting pieces and moments that truly celebrate connection!
