Hi Ricky, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey really started long before I ever became a REALTOR®, accountant, or credit specialist. After serving in the Army, I carried those values of discipline, service, and resilience into my professional life. I began in tax preparation over eleven years ago, which eventually led me to build my own tax and credit restoration business.
As I worked with clients, I saw how improving credit and financial knowledge naturally connected to helping people achieve homeownership. That inspired me to expand into real estate. Today, as a licensed Tennessee REALTOR® with Haus Realty & Management, I combine my experience in taxes, credit, and finance to guide clients through the full journey from credit readiness to buying or selling a home.
My mission is simple: provide clarity, create opportunities, and help individuals and families build a stronger financial future.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all, but the challenges shaped who I am and how I serve people today. Transitioning from the Army into civilian life came with its own adjustments. Building my tax business and offering credit assistance through my financial literacy program wasn’t easy either, especially during slow seasons when I had to rely on discipline and consistency to keep pushing forward.
One of the biggest struggles has been educating people who often come in feeling defeated by their credit or finances. Helping clients rebuild trust in themselves takes patience, and growing a business built on service not shortcuts takes time.
Balancing multiple roles as an accountant, credit specialist, REALTOR®, business owner, and father has also tested me, but it’s made me more intentional, efficient, and focused. Every challenge has strengthened my mission: helping people improve their credit, understand their finances, and create real pathways to homeownership.

My organization focuses on three core pillars: tax preparation, financial literacy, and real estate guidance. I’ve built a service that helps clients from start to finish, from fixing their credit, to understanding their finances, to finally getting into a position to buy or sell a home.
What sets my business apart is the full-circle approach. Most companies handle one piece of the puzzle, but I help clients with every step. With over eleven years of tax experience, a strong background in financial literacy, and my work as a Tennessee REALTOR®, I’m able to give people a complete roadmap instead of just one service. Clients don’t get bounced around, they get guided.

The quality that has been most important to my success is discipline. Discipline also extends to continuous learning. Staying up-to-date on tax laws, credit strategies, and real estate trends ensures I can provide the best guidance possible. Ultimately, it’s this combination of focus, consistency, and commitment that allows me to build trust with my clients and help them achieve meaningful, lasting financial success.
