Bio:
Sam Gray is an affiliate broker who’s quickly made his mark in Nashville’s fast-growing real estate market. Originally from Kansas City, he brings a mix of strategy, drive, and genuine care to every client he serves. Specializing in new developments and high-end homes, Sam views real estate as a way to guide people through big life decisions with confidence and clarity.
He’s been recognized for his creative approach and modern marketing, including features in Daily Mail, Redfin, the Nashville Post, and New York Weekly, as well as being named a Rising Star in Nashville Real Producers Magazine.
After attending Belmont University, Sam chose to make Nashville his home. His mother, a first-grade teacher at Julia Green Elementary, and his grandfather, a standout Kansas State athlete, are two of his biggest inspirations, shaping his work ethic and commitment to serving others.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Sam investing in properties, strength training, golfing at McCabe or Shelby, or enjoying a quiet walk through Radnor Lake. A loyal sports fan, he’s always cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats, Kansas City Chiefs, and Royals, and he loves catching Titans and Predators games here in town.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
– Building a sphere of influence since I am not native to Nashville. Most of my business comes from my digital presence and social media marketing.
– When I started the first six months of my business, I was a full-time student at Belmont University in the business program
– Navigating seller clients this year since it is a current buyer’s market in Nashville, and a larger influx of inventory to compete with
– There have been a handful of transactions this year that have been very difficult to get to the finish line while under contract on both the buy and sell sides

Real estate is never my purpose. My purpose is to serve, impact, and love others. Real estate is the platform I get to do that on and where I feel most impactful. I truly want to make an impact in Nashville, one client at a time. Jesus Christ matters most to me and is the heart of my business.
