Hi Zach, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hey! My name is Zach Ford I’m the founder and CEO of Entersquare, a social media content agency that helps businesses and creators (Charity:Water, Dave Ramsey, Kingdom Story Company, Chris Tomlin, The Aspen Group and more) grow through strategic content, social media management, and creator tool development. Entersquare offers services like short-form and long-form video content services, paid advertising, DM automation, and original IP creation.
My passion for helping people grow on social media started with MySpace in 2006 when my band at the time was able to amass great plays and were quickly building our fan base by being on up and coming bands (Owl City, Metro Station, Play Radio Play) top 8.
It was then I knew something different was taking place in the ability to connect at scale to people all over over the world. From there, other bands would reach out asking for my help to grow like we were, while unfortunately my band Landscapes and Square Shapes broke up, my love of social media and helping others find their audiences has only gotten stronger.
In 2017 I moved into a role for Dave Ramsey as lead social content creator. In my time there, we were able to see tremendous growth on his personal accounts from around 300,000 on Instagram alone to over 1.2 million followers within the first year (Now well over 6 Million on Instagram alone)
After getting the opportunity to build with amazing creators like John Delony, Ken Coleman, Anthony ONeal and Rachel Cruze under the Ramsey umbrella, In 2022 I knew it was time to lean back into my roots and scale the freelance business of helping others grow I had maintained since 2006. Since then I’ve been able to build a team of 15 amazingly talented makers in Columbia, TN that are helping brands all over the world reach their audiences with their message of hope and life change.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Heading into 2026, with everything we know around social media, you would be surprised the amount of individuals and businesses who still struggle to see the value in spending money to prioritize social media and the creator economy. However, we don’t believe in trying to convince, rather we prefer to lead with the data that content marketing (which often overlaps with organic social) delivers and amazing, proven and repeatable ROI: In one source from HubSpot content marketing in 2025 averaged $7.65 for every $1 spent. I like those numbers and I think people who contribute towards that machine will find they do as well.

What’s next?
For the last 3 years we have been heasds in the trenches with our clients, meanwhile building tools to help us do our work better, and ultimate help people reach their audiences faster.
In 2025 we built a full in house creative studio for our owned content IP as well as an iOS development team. In 2026, we are launching Rally, a new video sharing app that will help creators when they get stuck to create content in community, not isolation. As well as multiple courses, YouTube shows and workshops to help creators and brands connect with their audience.
