Hi Sarah, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started over 20 years ago when I realized there was a deeper way to heal my body. I wasn’t currently sick or having any issues, but I didn’t want to have those issues in the future. I started w detox, I dug deep into Chinese herbal medicine and I went on to get certified as a colon hydrotherapy and then went back to school to be holistic nutritionist.
The journey continues to compound on itself the more experience and expertise. I have along with every client that trust me with their health.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I am not sure any solo entrepreneur would say it has been smooth. But I tried to stay patient through each slow or rocky period. To take it as a time to learn and also continue working on my own personal health journey.
The struggle comes with every month can be different. Some months are very profitable. Some months are not so it’s scaling yourself in a way that you can have a comfortable personal life. I’ll also maintaining a business that is able to grow.. there is also a lot of of self motivation that has to happen and trusting your gut instinct.

In short, I am a holistic nutritionist along with a certified colon hydrotherapist
. I see just Colonic clients and almost every Nutrition Client is also getting Colonics. I specialize in working with the mind, body and spirit along with an approach to detox that sustainable for any lifestyle.
I enjoy speaking to organizations and I have been fortunate to be a regular on a live local TV show.
What’s next?
Definitely! I plan to do more speaking engagements with corporate and organizations, along with having my business be mobile and allow travel. I am so diving into my expertise being used on an ai format to have more information present with my name behind it.
