Today we’d like to introduce you to Diane.
Hi Diane, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Diane Kolopanas is the founder and owner of 30A Farmers Market, LLC, established in 2013, and the founder of Music City Farmers Market and Events, Nashville. Under her leadership, 30A Farmers Market operates thriving farmers’ markets in the Rosemary Beach Community, Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Palm Plaza, in Niceville, Florida. Diane has cultivated a diverse and professional group of vendors, creating vibrant markets that highlight local produce, artisanal foods, crafts, and sustainable farming practices. Her markets also provide opportunities for local businesses, restaurants, and non-profits to engage with the community through demonstrations, retail, and informational booths.
Through Music City Farmers Market and Events, Nashville, Diane is continuing her tradition of creating family-friendly, community-focused markets and is preparing to continue the tradition of launching the all-new highly curated Factory Farmers Market at the Factory at Franklin on Saturday, January 3, 2026. Market is located at 230 Franklin Rd. Franklin, Tennessee.
With over four decades of experience in hospitality and customer service management, Diane brings a meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence to every venture she undertakes. Her career includes opening a travel agency catering to elite clientele, managing residential and commercial construction projects, operating an interior design business, and earning her real estate license in 1998. Diane has also volunteered extensively as an event planner for church festivals and chaired the Memphis Greek Festival.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to farmers market success has been an enjoyable and rewarding journey.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What sets us apart is our dedication to creating a well-organized, family-friendly market experience, and I truly enjoy coordinating with our talented vendors to bring the community fresh, wholesome, and locally sourced food.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe luck has anything to do with our success—it’s the result of hard work, dedication, and consistent effort every step of the way.
