After a while of being a nail technician, I realized that beautiful nails do not solely determine whether customers will choose you and stay with you. A beautiful, clean space with over 2200 different colors available contributes significantly to the overall customer experience, but it extends far beyond just the aesthetic appeal. All products are carefully selected to ensure good quality, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. It is essential to create a welcoming environment where customers can trust that they will receive exceptional service and feel comfortable enough to share their experience with family and friends. Moreover, for those customers who don’t have much time, they can make appointments online, which adds a layer of convenience to their busy lives. We always prioritize customers who have appointments to ensure that they receive timely service, and they can easily choose the technician they want to serve them, allowing for a more personalized experience. By fostering this kind of environment and service model, we aim to cultivate long-lasting relationships with our clients and establish a reputation that encourages word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat visits.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The store is new located in an area that is not well known to many people, making it somewhat of a hidden gem for those in the neighborhood who are aware of it, as well as at a time when nail services are slowest during the year, typically due to the lack of demand and foot traffic associated with the absence of major holidays, which often drive customers to seek beauty treatments for special occasions.
