Hidden Gems: Meet Sara LeBlanc of LeBlanc Health

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara LeBlanc.

Hi Sara, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my nursing career in the early 2000s in adult and pediatric emergency medicine and resuscitation instruction. I became a nurse practitioner in 2011 and transitioned to urgent care before expanding into spine, joint, and pain management — where I developed a passion for neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid treatments to improve patients’ daily functioning. This interest led me to cofound Tennessee Aesthetics with a local physician but this business was short lived. In 2017 I joined a local health and wellness clinic and practiced there for seven years with a focus on medical weight loss, IV hydration, and medical aesthetics. Seeing unmet needs in my community, I launched a telemedicine practice in October 2023 to provide care for uninsured friends and neighbors and pursued grant opportunities to offer more free services. I am certified in hormone replacement therapy and trained in peptide therapy. In September 2025 I began practicing independently, embracing every challenge to expand access to compassionate, comprehensive care. My self employed journey is in the early stages, but my talent is years in the making.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Every new chapter comes with challenges. For me, the greatest obstacle at the start wasn’t external—it was my own confidence. Stepping fully into something new required trust in myself and in the years of experience I’ve built. I’ve been genuinely astonished by the response so far. LeBlanc Health has grown without borrowed money or debt, supported entirely by patients who believe in my approach. The medical side of the practice has continued seamlessly, new clients have joined, and marketing efforts are underway. While some may question a broad service offering, the lessons of COVID were clear: stay adaptable, relevant, and necessary.

The second challenge has been more complex. An extensive non-compete agreement with my previous employer currently limits my ability to offer weight loss services and IV hydration to the Nashville community. I left that role respectfully and in good standing, even if it meant disappearing overnight due to contractual obligations. While this transition was difficult for many longtime patients, social media—and a well-placed Google search—has allowed many to find their way back. That continued trust has been both humbling and motivating.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about LeBlanc Health?
At LeBlanc Health, I offer modern medical care designed to fit real life. As a nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience, my practice blends primary and acute medical care, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and medical aesthetics into one personalized, concierge-style model.

My medical care is primarily delivered through telemedicine, with in-office visits available when needed. I operate on a subscription-based, cash-pay model that keeps care accessible and transparent. Clients may use FSA or HSA cards for subscriptions, while labs, imaging, and medications can often be processed through insurance. For those paying cash, competitive pricing is available for labs and imaging, and prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of choice.

Hormone replacement therapy is a foundation of my practice. We start with a comprehensive telemedicine visit and detailed lab review. Patients then receive a customized plan of care with ongoing follow-up. Long misunderstood due to outdated research, properly managed hormone therapy can dramatically improve energy, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life for both women and men. My advanced training through WorldLink Medical allows me to approach aging with clarity, confidence, and evidence-based care.

Peptide therapy represents the next evolution in wellness, supporting recovery, healing, strength, immune function, and longevity. Prescribed for home use through trusted compounding pharmacies, each peptide plan is tailored to the individual and guided by symptoms, goals, and lab results—not just trends.

Medical aesthetics is where clinical expertise meets artistry. I am known for a refined, natural approach, not trendy or bizarre results. I specialize in facial balancing and youthful restoration through neurotoxins, dermal fillers, micro-needling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare. The focus is always subtle enhancement—helping clients look refreshed, confident, and unmistakably themselves.

What makes you happy?
I’m happiest when life feels aligned—when my work reflects my values and my time is spent helping people feel better in their own bodies. Building something of my own, caring for patients without rushing, and watching confidence return—both medically and aesthetically—brings a deep sense of fulfillment. I love the quiet wins: meaningful conversations, steady growth, and knowing I’ve created a practice rooted in integrity, balance, and purpose.

Outside of medicine, happiness lives in the simple things. Puppies—always puppies— they bring daily joy and grounding. I love cooking meals from scratch, reading, sewing when I need creative quiet, spending time with family, and hosting small gatherings that feel intimate and intentional. Time spent on the water is where I truly reset; it’s where life slows down, perspective returns, and balance feels effortless.
