Meet Lane Rockensock of Wilson County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lane Rockensock.

Hi Lane, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I began working in the industry while attending Mt. Juliet High School, helping my friend’s dad rehab houses in the Lebanon area. After graduating, I furthered my education by attending college at East Tennessee State University and Western Kentucky. While in school, I kept honing my craft by staying involved with residential and commercial construction. After college I started a landscaping company and in the off season would often pick up work in the construction and rehab industry

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been relatively smooth. I started in 2019 before the covid boom. With a last name like Rockensock and family with a history in real-estate the transition was easier for me that others. I was blessed with good timing, good service, and a goof family name

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I look at homes for the good, bad, and ugly. Home inspection is a generalized model. We have to know a little about a lot of different things. The best way I’ve heard it explained is we are like the family doctor. We know enough to know what’s not right and who to send you to the get all the answers.
Our differentiator is our client service and straight tot he point report style. We don’t embellish or sugar coat our reports. We explain the condition of the home is simple language and are always open to questions and to help even after the inspection.
