Raul, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My Name is Raul Toledo I’m from Mexico, I like the topics about computers and new technologies. I’m IT Tech and Computer teacher in Mexico.
I came to United States in 2012 for the fist time when I was young my dream was to travel to New York Specially a place (The twin Towers) i have no luck, any way; When finally came to US I saw the need for people to know more about tecnology and they didnt have someone to teach them, so i went to the Kennett library and asked them about the process to give computer classes in that place.
For about 10 years I was working in a Logistics area I was in good company but I felt I could more and make more things for my commmunity and I decided to start.
I started the bussines IT’S OK Computer Services on Semptember 2023, The primary reason is the need to have a place to help our community, undestend a little more about technology and to have a place to repair mobile devices, cellphones, tablets or computers in times where is dificult to find a safe place to do it.
I can’t deny when somebody starts something new there’s always doubt about the future or if your plan will work but now we keep it step by step
I really enjoy when pepople come to the bussines worried for their phone or computer and we respond wth an IT”S OK we got it
In IT’S OK Computer Services our misssion is provide that trust to our coustumers
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It is dificult to find new costumers because they have to trust you and all their personal data, but like we say making a good job and being honest with our work

We are a small Bussines, We fix phones and computer most of the brands,Security Camera Install, Personal Computer classes, we are bilingual team and we offer good prices than other bussines.
We are proud about the significant of our Brand,
We use that sentence “IT’S OK” in our brand to offer confidence to people that they will receive good service from our company.
This sentence can be use anytime somebody has a problem or you are worried about something.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Taking risks is my part of the journey. For example I had to leave my job of 10 years, my comfort zone to be able to start my business without knowing if I was going to make it. Now I’m still here working and taking more risks.
