Hi Zach, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in real estate with nothing more than a license, a work ethic, and a desire to outrun the life I came from. No connections. No handouts. No safety net. Just a belief that if I out-worked everyone around me, I could build something real.
My first brokerage took over twenty thousand dollars from me in my first year. I remember standing there with a “Congratulations” certificate for capping… and realizing I had basically just paid them the privilege to work. That moment planted a seed. I didn’t want other agents to feel what I felt — paying out more money than you keep, constantly trying to climb a ladder that was never built for you to win.
Fast-forward: I built Zach Taylor Real Estate from scratch. No investors. No franchise. No shortcuts. Just relentless effort and a commitment to creating a place where agents could actually keep the money they earn. In less than five years, we grew to over 560 agents across multiple states, passed over one billion dollars in closed sales volume, paid more than 30 million dollars straight back to our agents, and became the number one fastest-growing real estate company in the Southeast on the Inc. 5000 Regional list.
We built everything around five pillars: tools, training, culture, leads, and support. That’s the foundation. But the heartbeat of the company is simple — we remove the unnecessary obstacles that stop agents from winning. The real estate industry loves to overcharge and underdeliver. We flipped that completely. We undercharge and overdeliver.
On top of the brokerage, I built Priority Title Group, which closes over thirty deals a month and gives our clients a credit at closing. I started creating agent education online, growing a YouTube channel to over one hundred thousand subscribers by giving away the information most people try to sell. When I say “Keep The Money,” I mean it. That philosophy runs through every business I build.
My journey isn’t about me. It’s about the agent who knows they’re capable of more but feels trapped. It’s about proving that you don’t need a big brand behind you to win. You need the right system and the right leadership.
The mission now is to keep expanding, keep improving, and keep raising the standard of what a real estate brokerage should be. We’re just getting started.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

What are your plans for the future?
Over the next several years, I plan to continue expanding Zach Taylor Real Estate while strengthening the systems and support that allow our agents to succeed at the highest level. Our brokerage has grown rapidly and my focus moving forward is on sustainable growth, innovation, and providing industry leading tools, training, and support.
We are continuing to expand our presence into additional markets while investing heavily in technology and internal systems that help agents run more efficient and profitable businesses. This includes building proprietary platforms, expanding our training and coaching programs, and creating more opportunities for collaboration and professional development within the company.
I am also focused on strengthening the surrounding ecosystem that supports our agents and clients, including our in house title services and additional business partnerships that enhance the overall client experience.
Personally, I look forward to continuing to lead the company in a CEO role while empowering our brokers, staff, and leadership team to grow alongside the organization. The goal is to continue building one of the most agent focused brokerages in the country while maintaining a strong culture, delivering exceptional service to clients, and creating long term opportunities for everyone involved.
